Boonah
Ritchies IGA Boonah, completed in June 2016, involved additions, alternations and refurbishment to the existing supermarket within the small historic township of Boonah, located in the Scenic Rim Region of South-East Queensland.
TRG’s involvement in this project was carried across all levels, from close collaboration with Ritchies on concept design through to construction documentation and project management. Through innovative design, TRG was able to combine the multiple existing buildings and levels across the site into one cohesive supermarket offer.
Ritchies Boonah successfully provides an expansive offer of Fresh Produce along with a specialised Grocery line in Regional Queensland.
The store aims to provide an exclusive offer while reinforcing the historic relationship between this supermarket to both its customers and the local community. This is directly reflected within a specialised graphic timeline carried throughout the building, reinforcing the history of the township and the buildings place with the locals.
